Presents the store’s products and to pinpoints customers' needs by interviewing and questioning.
Will remain up-to-date and knowledgeable about products and services.
Calculates cost allowances, fees, taxes, and down payments to arrive at the final price.
Will work collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
Presents a positive image of the store, both in mode of dress and in helpful and friendly attitude.
Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and current clients
Write deals to present to sales manager
Works systematically not only in the sales process but also in the process of handling the many administrative requirements of the position (e.g., paperwork, plans, reports, and the maintenance of a prospect and owner follow-up system).
